Our dynamic and international dispute team is making sure that the company is well-powered with money by ensuring that our partners have all invoices-related questions solved. Research and investigate relevant facts and circumstances relating to a customer’s dispute and decide an outcome based on information available and in line with CMA CGM Group’s terms and conditions. Apply time management skills to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently to minimise delay of payment. Communicate with customers, team and stakeholders in a professional manner. Gather and apply knowledge about internal and external processes for faster query resolution. Ensure there are no re-queries due to insufficient investigation. We are looking for you if you: Are fluent in English both in spoken and written - official working language is English Are Estonian or EU citizen or hold a long term residence permit Have a good grasp of MS Office suite Have ability to work with deadlines and good time management skills Have ability to apply logic to solve problems Have strong communication skills, social skills and positive mindset Are action oriented and not afraid of challenges Can quickly adapt to the system and process changes We offer the chance to work for one of the largest shipping and logistics companies in the world, full training for the position and opportunity to work partly from home after probation period.
