Learn more at geniussports.com. This role is part of Genius' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting-edge tech, analytics, and visual insights. Join our team as a Sports Customer Support Analyst and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll handle incoming requests, support clients via Zendesk and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and onboard new users. Alongside this, you’ll monitor live match data and assist with troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. Provide customer support via Zendesk Prioritize and manage incoming requests Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues Assist with technical troubleshooting Work in shifts (morning & afternoon, hybrid model) Excellent communication in both written and verbal English Strong problem-solving skills and confidence with various computer systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working independently and under pressure Prior experience in customer support is a plus The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €1580 to €2100 gross.
