We are looking for an ERP Consultant who enjoys solving business challenges, working closely with customers, and turning complex processes into smart digital solutions. Analyze clients' business processes and identify opportunities for improvement; Design ERP solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices; Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions; Participate in ERP implementation projects from analysis to go-live; Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing customer support; Prepare functional specifications for development and collaborate with software developers; Present solution concepts and demonstrate ERP functionality to customers; Support continuous improvement projects and further development of existing customer solutions; Support sales team with Business Central expertise during sales projects; Work closely with consultants, project managers, developers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Previous experience with ERP systems, business software, or business process consulting; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into software solutions; Excellent communication and customer relationship skills; Ability to work independently while being an active team player; Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and business solutions; Good English language skills (written and spoken); Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a strong advantage.
