Genuine interest and ability to thrive in an international work environment Previous experience in roles such as Logistics Specialist, Order Support, Shipping Coordinator, or similar Proficiency in both Estonian and English languages, spoken and written Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player High sense of responsibility and attention to detail Commitment to delivering excellent customer service Educational background in logistics or supply chain management Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Knowledge of customs procedures and export regulations Coordinate internally with production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and up-to-date delivery information Communicate effectively with sales representatives and transport partners Prepare picking lists for outbound shipments Generate shipping documents, including invoices and export declarations Enter and manage orders in SAP Handle customer claims and returns efficiently and professionally Working Time: This role is primarily office-based and requires regular on-site presence at our FLIR Tallinn office. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00. Please note: During month-end periods, work schedules may be adjusted to include weekend coverage. These shifts are planned in advance to ensure transparency and work-life balance.
