Sales Manager, Estonia (long-term care and medical sector) A client of WorkingDay Latvia - TZMO Latvija Eesti filiaal is part of TZMO Group - one of Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of hygiene, medical and cosmetic products. To support this growth and strengthen relationships with customers and partners, TZMO Latvija Eesti filiaal was established in 2024 as the official Estonian branch of SIA TZMO Latvija. Today, TZMO products are available in nearly all major pharmacy chains across Estonia and continue to strengthen their position within the retail sector through cooperation with leading retailers, including Rimi, Maxima and other nationwide retail chains. At the same time, TZMO is continuously expanding their presence in hospitals, long-term care institutions, medical supply stores and other healthcare organisations. Your role: As TZMO's business continues to grow, the company is now looking for an ambitious sales professional to join the Estonian team and to ensure the growth of sales volumes and market share of the company’s products (Seni, Matopat, Bella, Happy, etc.) in the long-term care and medical sectors by independently managing and developing the customer portfolio, analyzing sales data, and planning sales activities. What values, experience and qualities should you have? Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Healthcare, or another field relevant to the position At least 3 years of experience working in sales, including B2B sales and new business development Familiarity with hospital management principles and/or medical products is considered a plus Analytical mindset, understanding of KPIs, sales data, and market development principles High communication, reasoning and presentation skills; good track record in negotiating, persuading and closing deals Results-oriented approach and ability to organise work independently and to make own decisions to achieve company objectives Excellent command of Estonian and English Driving licence and readiness to travel regularly on business trips in Estonia, Latvia, and Poland What will be your job responsibilities? Plan and implement sales activities in line with the company’s objectives and budget Develop relationships with existing customers and actively acquire new customers in the long-term care and medical sectors Participate in the sales planning process and monitor the achievement of sales plans by analysing results and identifying opportunities for improvement Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and agree on terms of cooperation Regularly visit hospitals, care centres, rehabilitation centres, medical supply stores, and other industry partners Monitor competitors’ activities and identify new business opportunities Ensure timely order processing, monitor accounts receivable, and prepare the necessary reports Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, and participate in product training sessions in Latvia and Poland Maintain close cooperation with the team and management in Latvia Your benefits by joining TZMO: Opportunity to join a stable international company and to represent numerous well-known European brands across the Estonian market Support from a professional and international team Long-term career development opportunities, including building and leading your own team in the future Remote work options (a home-based office, preferably in or near the major cities) All the technical provisions you require for your job (including phone, computer) Company car Base salary in the range of EUR 3000 – 3200 gross, considering your experience and competencies Additional bonuses for achieving sales and business development targets Health insurance after the probation period If you would like to make your contribution to the TZMO business development in Estonia, we look forward to receiving your CV (in English).
