At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations or technical support. Higher education in IT, technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. Knowledge of system administration and IT security principles. Experience with IT hardware and device lifecycle management. Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership of your responsibilities. Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues. A structured and proactive approach to work. Good English and Estonian language skills. Maintain and support local IT infrastructure and workplace IT services. Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. Support enterprise Wi-Fi and local network infrastructure. Maintain desktops, laptops, docking stations and other workplace equipment. Manage and support office and label printers, as well as specialized scanning workstations. Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software. Participate in IT infrastructure projects and implementation of new solutions. Ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable and compliant with company standards. Maintain technical documentation and keep infrastructure information up to date. Work with external vendors and service providers when needed. Participate in incident, problem and change management processes. Provide technical support to end users and cooperate with DPD Baltic IT teams. A varied and hands-on IT role with a broad range of technologies.
